Shipping & Returns



- THE NETHERLANDS: All orders in The Netherlands are shipped as a mailbox parcel, so you don't have to stay at home.

- Orders below € 40,- are send by regular post. Orders above € 40,- will be shipped by DHL with a track & trace. (An email incl. your Track & Trace is send as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.)

- BELGIUM and GERMANY FREE SHIPPING on orders above € 75,-

- For all orders above € 50,- to Belgium and Germany we have FREE SHIPPING using DPD. For orders below € 75,- we charge € 5,95 shipping costs.

The delivery time is between the 2-4 business days, depending on your location. An email incl. your Track & Trace is send as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. With your Track & Trace you can easily monitor your order. Use the link in your email to track your order.

- REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING (3-6 business days) € 24,95


All items (incl. sale items) can be returned within 30 days.  All articles must be returned unworn, undamaged and, insofar reasonably possible, with the labels attached. The costs for return shipments are at the expense of the sender.

Your returns can be send by regular post. We do however recommend that you send your return by registered post to be sure.

Are your articles not quite as desired? Our step-by-step plan must clearly show how the articles must be returned. Read more:

  1. Fill in your contact detail, order number en your reason to return the items using our RETURN FORM. Download HERE
  2. Cut out the address on the ‘return form’ and stick it on your return package. Make sure your own address is NOT visible. Your return shipment can be send by regular post. We do advise to use registered post to be able to follow your parcel.
  3. Drop your package in the mail or at a service point en keep the receipt until your return has arrived back out our warehouse.
  4. Your return will be processed within five working days after we have received it. You will receive your full purchase amount returned to the account you have purchased your order with. This goes through an automatic system. So after your return has been processed, it may take a few days before the amount has actually been credited back to your account.
